END OF PHASE 1!
As much as I loved Workouts 3 and 4, again I'm happy to be moving forward to new workouts and new challenges after the previous two weeks. It's great that the workouts (apart from the Cardio DVDs) don't get too stale before it's time to switch things up. I'm interested to see what Cardio 2 has to offer, but I have a feeling I'll be switching up the cardio (and adding to it) just as I did with Cardio 1 in Phase 1.
Curious to know if I've made any progress so far? So was I. DRUMROLL PLEASE . . .
