Hi there! It's been a while, hasn't it? February. After I said I'd absolutely blog regularly this year, keep up with a schedule, and really make something of this platform.
Yup, so much for that.
Other goals and plans I'd had for this year have also been set aside or modified as life threw curve balls at us and other unexpected news was bestowed upon us.
In mid-April, I decided that if I was going to set my big running goal for the year, then I darn well better sign up for it before the price increased. And so, on the very last day, at the very last hour before the race price was due to increase, I committed...
Fort4Fitness Triple Crown (10k, followed by a half marathon, followed by 4 miles).
In just over 5 months, we'll be bringing home a new little bundle of GIRL joy. Wowza. I'm still absolutely blown away and feeling amazingly blessed. I'm going to have a daughter!?
So, I still have no idea how much of the Fort4Fitness races I'll actually be running this year, but I'd love to still be able to do the 10k and the 4 miles.
Anyhow, that remains to be seen, and in the meantime, I have a duty to return to blogging. Not only for myself, but for my Team Beachbody team. We've lost a coach along the way, but we gained another. And I want us (and anyone who decides to join us along our journey) to become more tight-knit, more cohesive, and more supportive of one another.
So, my plan is to have each of the coaches on Team MotivationSpark as co-bloggers. Over the next couple of weeks or so, I plan to publish bio posts for each of my team members, and I'm hashing out a blog schedule so that the Spark Your Motivation blog comes out of dormancy in an organized, active and VERY helpful to those of you looking for health and fitness resources, inspiration and, of course, motivation.
