The crew over at Fitness with Friends started a 30 day challenge today, April 11, which also happens to mark 3 months since I gave birth to Miss Elanor.
What better way to start really making moves to drop the extra baby weight than with a group challenge, right?
The challenge is detailed in the photo, but I will be modifying it slightly to suit my individual fitness needs at present, as will other group members.
For example, I'm adding 'no coffee' to the 'no soda' challenge. I'm also going to focus on drinking more water throughout the day, but I won't beat myself up when I don't reach a full gallon every day. I'll be taking the 3 times a week for 30 minutes workout option since I'm easing back post-pregnancy, and mainly focusing on yoga.
Although I won't be focusing heavily on the number on the scale, I wanted to record my starting weight, which is 164.6lbs. I plan to stay off the scale until Day 31. :)
