I had double partial knee replacement at end of April. I am participating in a walk to raise money for suicide prevention at the end of Sept. The walk is 3.1 miles and so far, I can't get past 2 miles...hoping I am ready for this!

I am trying to lose the pregnancy weight from baby #6. I've been trying to walk everyday even if it's just 10 minutes. I figure something is better than nothing!

I am working to lose 75 lbs, gain strength and learning to be a better caretaker for my elderly parents. the exercise helps with alleviating stress as well as weight loss.

I really need to walk because if I exercise my body gets hurt in some way or another. Walking is the best and I need to do it to get into better health and to lose weight. Our son is getting married in May next year so I need to get moving in the right direction for sure. This could be the best way to start winning this giveaway.
